We want you to feel confident ordering from WAYNORIQ. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with any original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming, feeding, cleaning, or other pet-contact items may not be accepted for return unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email us at waynoriq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and, when approved, provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after approval depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, items marked final sale, and items that have been materially used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned incomplete are not eligible for return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at waynoriq@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
